If your an existing domestic LPG user you can now switch suppliers without the need to change your tank.

Switching is now easy, and you are eligible to switch if the “exclusivity period” set out in the contract with your existing supplier has passed. Any exclusivity period should be no more than 2 years, so if you’ve been with a supplier more than 24 months then 

you’ll probably be free to switch.


The switching process should take no longer than 42 days and all you have to do is sign a “notice of termination”, which you can download from their website Send to 

Cardiff Gas and they will handle the rest.
